Frecuently asked questions: Q.- My printer does not print

A.- Is your printer plugged securely to a live power source? Every door, panel etc. really closed? Shake the toner cartridge first, and pull the plastic tape protruding from one side and reinstall it back again.

Q.- My printer jam often, the toner cartridge is new

A.- Depending of the area where jamming occurs, could be due to dirty or bad paper feed roller, or problem in the fuser unit which is a very hot area, bad separator finger or worn out fuser rollers tend to cause those problems, also debris from a prior jam. If that is the case, clear any piece of paper remaining and continue working, if persist, Call your Service Rep. for service, nothing to do with the cartridge. Clean feed rollers with soap and water and dry it. if continue, call your service tech for replacement of rollers.

Q.- My printer smell burning, what could it be?

A.- A piece of paper could be stocked in fuser section, this is a very hot area and you must exercise caution, bad cartridge are mostly responsible for copy quality only, Call your service Rep. for service.
